Description
Uses n8n to orchestrate backend workflows triggered by conversational events — form submissions, intent matches, escalation events, and post-call actions. Enables no-code and low-code workflow automation that extends the AI dialog layer with external system integrations.
Canonical use case
When a bot collects a customer complaint, an n8n workflow automatically creates a CRM case, assigns it to the correct queue, and sends a confirmation SMS — without any custom backend code.
