Contact Lists Management

Description

Provides tools to create, import, segment, and manage lists of Clients for use in outbound campaigns, targeted messaging, and suppression lists. Lists can be static (uploaded) or dynamic (query-based), with consent flags at the contact level.

Canonical use case

A marketing team imports a segmented customer list from the CRM, applies a consent filter to remove opted-out contacts, and launches an outbound SMS campaign to the remaining list.
