Description

Packages platform services as Kubernetes workloads with Helm charts, enabling automated scaling, rolling updates, and self-healing across container orchestration environments. Supports both managed Kubernetes services (AKS, EKS, GKE) and self-hosted clusters.

Canonical use case

A cloud-native contact centre deploys ExpertFlow on AKS and uses Kubernetes horizontal pod autoscaling to handle daily traffic peaks without manual intervention or over-provisioning.
