Load Balancing Configuration

Description

Configures load balancing for inbound SIP, WebRTC, and API traffic across platform nodes using standard load balancer technologies. Provides session-affinity options for stateful connections and health-check integration for automatic node removal.

Canonical use case

A contact centre handling 5,000 concurrent calls distributes SIP traffic across eight media server nodes via a hardware load balancer, with health checks removing any failed node from rotation within 30 seconds.
