Description

Integrates the platform deployment with existing Cisco telephony infrastructure, including co-existence with CUCM, CCE, and CCX. Covers network topology design, SIP trunk configuration, and firewall rules for hybrid Cisco and ExpertFlow environments.

Canonical use case

A large enterprise retains its Cisco CUCM for internal telephony while deploying ExpertFlow alongside it for customer-facing contact centre functions, with a SIP interconnect between the two systems.
