DTMF Handling and IVR Media

Description

Processes DTMF tones (in-band and RFC 2833) for IVR menu navigation and plays audio prompts, hold music, and announcements to callers. Supports dynamic prompt assembly from TTS and pre-recorded audio files.

Canonical use case

An insurance IVR collects the policy number via DTMF input, validates it against the core system, and plays a personalised greeting before routing to the appropriate service queue.
