Description

Synchronises user identities, group memberships, and role assignments from LDAP directories and Microsoft Active Directory into the platform. Keeps agent and supervisor accounts in sync with the authoritative enterprise directory without manual provisioning.

Canonical use case

When IT provisions a new contact centre agent in Active Directory, the agent's account and role assignments automatically propagate to ExpertFlow within minutes via LDAP sync, with no manual setup required.
